Tune-ups are an essential part of prolonging the life of your sewing machine.
If your machine needs service, make sure you take it to an authorized center, otherwise your warranty will be void.
Authorized dealers are specially trained by Baby Lock and Bernina. Which means you can rest assured your machine is in goo hands because Zede's Sewing Studio has been trained by the best and Bernina and Baby Lock.

- Mechanical Service: $59.95 +parts
- Electronic/Computer Service: $64.95 +parts
- Embroidery Module: $30 +parts
Other Brand Name Sewing Machines:
- Basic Service: $74.95 +parts
- Embroidery Module: $30 +parts
Serger Basic Service:
- Babylock & Bernina Machines: $74.95 +parts
- All other brand names: $84.95 +parts
Diagnostic Service Charge: $35 (fee applies toward charges if machine is serviced)
Rush service is available for an additional charge.
What to bring with you...
On your way out the door, please bring with you the following:
- Your machine
- Foot control
- Power cord
- Embroidery unit with the hoop and presser foot
- Zig Zag presser foot
- A sample of fabric when you noticed something was not working properly
Before you bring in your machine
Before you call or lug your machine to the studio, consider visiting the the problem solver where you'll find links to Baby Lock and Bernina's customer service pages.
If after you visit Baby Lock and Bernina's customer service pages and don't find an answer or if you know your machine needs repair, bring your machine to the studio. We'll take it in the back for a look.
We'd love to help you over the phone but due to the nature of the visual art of repair over the auditory limits of the phone, we cannot diagnose your machine over the phone.
