All of the machines Zede sells are reviewed and hand-picked by her. She will not sell anything that does not meet her own standards.

Zede insists when a customer buys from her, they walk away feeling confident they made the right decision. At Zede's:
- You discuss what you want out of your machine and how you'll use it.
- You sit down at any machine, or machines, you want and try it out.
- You'll weigh your options including other brands and stores.
- You'll visit as many times as you need to try out the machines.
While looking for a machine, tell Zede's staff what you plan to do with the machine, what you want to make with the machine (not only today but in a few years), and what your experience level is. They'll match you to the right machine even if it means sending you to another store.
When you find the right machine...
Every purchase of a machine comes with an invitation to sit down with an instructor and learn the basic functions of how it works and ask questions you may have. You will also be asked if you want to attend the free guide class and an offer to join Club.
